As a parent of our precious protégé's you hold a huge responsibility in giving your permission to your child for participation in the program.  We request that you not only give your approval but continue your involvement with your child's education in tandem with the mentor.

As the parent you will be required to sign a parent/guardian creed that will reinforce the student's creed to support The Rotsky Foundation with enthusiasm.  The creed also signifies that you will help in transport when possible of your child to meetings, give the child messages from their mentor and will work to make sure that the child is an active participant of the program.

The parent will also be required to sign a medical release form incase of emergencies.
